Sponsorship Prospectus
Put your gear, your name, and your mission where the work actually happens.
EvoX Expeditions takes small-team, field-driven journeys into cold, remote and marine environments, and documents them honestly. Sponsors help make that possible, and become part of the story we tell along the way.
The full prospectus, with detailed deliverables and expedition plans, is available on request or via download when provided.

What sponsors receive
Sponsorship with EvoX is a working relationship, not a logo swap. Here is what partners can expect, scaled to their tier.
Real-world testing
Your equipment used in cold, wet, remote conditions, with honest feedback from the people relying on it.
On-camera features
Natural, in-context appearances in our film and video work, shown the way it is actually used.
Logo and credit
Clear recognition on the EvoX website and in expedition materials, matched to your level of support.
Photo and video assets
Curated imagery and footage from the field that partners can use, within agreed terms.
Field reports
Regular updates from the expedition, so you can see how your support is being put to use.
Resources we are looking for
Beyond funding, we welcome in-kind support in these areas.
Marine electronics and power
Navigation, communications, solar and battery systems that keep a small vessel and its crew running reliably.
Expedition and ski gear
Clothing, shelter, skis, boots, and safety equipment built for polar and mountain conditions.
Science gear
Sampling, sensing and monitoring equipment that supports credible field observation alongside research partners.
Media partnerships
Publishers, broadcasters, and creators who can help carry the expedition story to a wider audience.
Current and prospective partners
The people and organizations we work alongside, or hope to.
PPC Solar
A relationship connected to the power systems side of our expeditions. Specific terms are confirmed directly with each partner.
Czech Arctic Research Station
A research and logistics connection in the high Arctic that informs our field planning and scientific outlook.
Greenpeace-type advocacy groups
Environmental advocacy organizations whose work aligns with ours. We are open to conversations with groups like these.
Mention of an organization on this page does not imply formal endorsement or sponsorship unless explicitly stated.
Our sponsor policy
We want partnerships to be transparent and consistent with the places we work. EvoX does not accept primary funding from:
- Alcohol
- Tobacco
- Vape products
- Crypto
- Extractive-industry primary funders
A note on receipts
Tax-deductible receipts may be available once nonprofit status is confirmed. Until then, we cannot guarantee that any contribution is tax-deductible, and we recommend speaking with your own tax adviser.
Let’s talk about what we can do together
Send us a note about your brand, the support you can offer, and the kind of partnership you have in mind. We will reply with the full prospectus and next steps.
